Going to a therapist for pelvic floor therapy can be really scary. Like really, really scary.  I have had people tell me things like they have delayed going for YEARS. I have known people to spend thousands of dollars on incontinence pads -those things are NOT cheap- instead of coming in to see a pelvic floor specialist.
